Portal by Webisoft is an AI operations platform for operations teams at manufacturers, distributors, equipment builders, fabricators and service companies. It takes in purchase orders, vendor bills, carrier invoices, emails, requests and EDI files. AI reads each item and drafts the next step, such as an ERP entry, quote or reply, then routes it to your ERP, CRM, accounting system, Slack or Teams. A team member approves every draft before anything is posted. Portal sits beside your existing systems instead of replacing them. It comes from Webisoft, a Montreal-based software and AI firm founded in 2016.
