Invoicing for freelancers and small agencies: quotes, invoices, payment follow-up and a client portal, unlimited from $5/mo. PortaFact covers the loop from quote to paid invoice. Save the client once, send a quote, convert it to an invoice, and give the client a link to view, pay, or reply. The Payment Center shows what is still open, and each invoice keeps a timeline (sent, viewed, reminded, promised, paid). Reminders are scheduled before and after the due date, by email, and the owner can open a WhatsApp message (wa.me) to follow up personally. Recurring invoices handle retainers.
