Implemented at a tech start-up I consulted for **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023 **What do you like best about Popupsmart?** Several good options for design and ability to target specific audiences. The tool integrates with some major CRMs, and there is ability to customize your pop-up (be it floating bar, lightbox, multi-step, animated, etc). **What do you dislike about Popupsmart?** Yikes. This product has been a nightmare almost from the beginning. We served as their QA and product team, and it's still not fully debugged. Leads are still not loading with all required fields, doesn't integrate with GA, and not all leads making it the CRM. That's the whole point of the product. Support is helpful, but you have to be online in the middle of the night. **What problems is Popupsmart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email & demographic info capture of on-site customers. Lots of fields to be asked for and mapped, but that was also a feature we had to have their tech team solve.
