What do you like best about Popular Pays?

Popular Pays helps our agency with Influencer budgeting costs, ensuring we stay within our targeted budget and reaching out to influecners to negotiate budgets. This is helpful and ensures that we can continue working on what we need to as an agency, while Popular Pays works on the numerical logistics on the back end for us. Popular Pays has been a great tool for us to work with a larger number of microinfluencers per campaign, without the headaches of individual contracts and payment processing. This is both a pro and a con, but it feels like the campaign-building process changes often. What do you like best about Popular Pays?

The ability to work with creators without separate legal contracts is a plus for us. In addition, recruiting multiple creators at once yet having the ability to message them for unique storylines so not all of your content is the same is a nice feature as well. I like that Pop Pays offers a concierge to guide you through each campaign and help support finding talent. Betty was fantastic and very helpful at keeping content creators on chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popular Pays?

Some of the creators use bots for their followers and they do not appear to be properly vetted. We learned this the hard way after paying (handsomly, I might add) a creator only to discover that majority of his followers were fake. Not a good ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clean UI, very intuitve. Like the creator application flow and their customer support is top notch. Onboarding was smooth and Popular Pays is particulary well set up for agency business with ways to house and organize several campaigns for different clients.
