What do you dislike about Popular Pays? My biggest suggestion is to make brief formatting more customizable so that it's legible and essential factors can be singled out or bolded. Other than that, a more transparent rating system of the influencers. I have only been working with them for a short amount of time, but in that short time, it has been a great experience. With the amount of influencer campaigns I am aligned to, it's nice to know that I have partners I can trust to make sure everything is done on time and accurately. Overall, the platform was very well organized. I liked that you can create several different campaigns to better manage creators, messages, stats, etc., from creators. A few bugs within the platform that required us to manually email creators for their shipping address, the fulfillment center was not working as intended, and some messages on the platform were not notifying the creators at the time of the messages. I like how much control we have over the creators chosen and their content. The pop pays team is very responsive and helpful. I have not worked with other influencer agencies before. We feel that two weeks to submit content is enough time for the influencer to forget they opted into a partnership and then rush to submit content that isn't as high quality.
