Also, that Pop Pays shows exactly where in the process of content creation we are in (reaching out to creator, awaiting approval from project owner, product shipped, product delivered, awaiting content, etc). A lot of the most influential social media content creators don't refer to themselves as "content creators" and so they don't seek out to join services like Pop Pays. These are artists, personalities, etc that are really rooted in certain communities but still have influence w the content they post. I wish Pop Pays would expand to include more of these "authentic" influencers that aren't expert content creators but just very niche influential personalities that brands could tap into. I love how easy that makes it to find and book quality talent while also sending tips to get the most out of the campaign. I work at a small startup that heavily relies on influencer marketing. I oversee and manage all our campaigns on my own which is very time-consuming. A friend recently recommended PopularPays and I was instantly blown away by how simple they have made it. I currently use it for their new Creator search tool which helps me quickly identify stats and potential creative partners. Looking forward to using more of the tools soon! I really love the ability to find potential collaborators from many different platforms. I've recommended Popular Pays to so many influencer friends I know and also to small local businesses looking to forge relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Popular Pays? There need to be more features and capabilities to filter people. For example, it would be SO useful to filter by country. Also, you should be able to sort collaborators from followers high to low and low to high. Lastly when you have already sent someone a message and you click "send new message" it takes you away from your search and you have to restart from the top to attempt to find where you left off. When sending an additional message to people you have already contacted you should be able to do this in a pop-out window just like if it were the first time you reached out. I enjoy the simplicity and ease that Popular Pays provides. Uploading briefs and finding content creators that fit our aesthetic and brand ethos has been so simple, and I really enjoy how all of our assets are saved in an easy to access content library. I also really enjoy the timelines that are set up for our content creators. It allows us to know when we should be receiving content, and holds everyone accountable. I also really enjoy being able to review the content that is submitted to us. It's great to be able to see the captions and photos our creators come up with before they are posted on social media so we can request our edits if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Popular Pays? It would be nice to be able to make some edits and changes to briefs after it has been uploaded. For example, once our brief was uploaded we had to make a last minute product change and instead of being able to go in and make those changes, I had to reach out to our customer success manager to do it for me. They're always available to help and great to work with. Influencer programs aren't plug and play and there's quite a bit of communication with each influencer. It's good to know that they're standing by to help however they can whether that's with strategy, influencer communication, content recommendations, and more. The influencers ask a lot of logistical questions to our brand team rather than to Popular Pays directly, which takes a bit of time and extra emails to get these questions sorted out for them. The platform is awesome for National campaigns but when a brand is looking for a local/regional campaign it's hard to find Influencers with local audiences. It misses some audience total reach (like how the person performs in a specific state), that would be better to approve state campaigns.
