Great interface. Everything works well. The most impressive part of it, to me as our VP who covers all things digital for our agency, is that it can be triggered by using a specific UTM string so we have complete control of who sees the popups, etc and we can apply them to only our paid traffic.

I like the way it allows you to define specific triggers; If you have a decent idea of how users are moving through the site, these triggers make it easy to insert checks and interruptions along the path and confirm hypotheses. Eg. we can identify a scenario indicative of potential abandonment - eg. long idle time on search results - and offer alternate options like popular searches done recently. Then test for responses on the popup. Can similarly use it for cross-promotion across site. It's a quick and dirty way to get the basics of personalization in place if you're considering an expensive option like Target, and it works pretty ok with Drupal. Built-in stats are also decent, avoids the need for any complex integrations with current analytics. With a little forethought, you can actually be up and running in 24 hours with this. The free version is almost unusable if you have a high-traffic site, since it considers all site views and not just views of the pages where it's triggered - so you might well finish your trial in a day before you even had a statistically significant volume on the specific pages you're deploying it.
