Smooth integration, intuitive UI, always delivers without hickups. Customer service is excellent, quick email solutions to specific situations. No coding errors and accurate statistics reflect in reporting. It is evident they are here to stay with versions kept updated. Great company and high quality product overall. What do you dislike about Poptin?

Could have a more attractive pricing structure for startups if a pay-what-you-use model was implemented similar to dedicated server and cloud storage/hosting companies. As of now, if you have 2,000 visitors you're paying for 10,000. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poptin?

I just got off the phone with their customer service rep and he went absolutely above and beyond to help me setup the design. I have absolutely no design background and Osama walked me through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poptin?

It is not as intuitive as I would like. I come from absolutely no design background and this tool is hard for me to use even with the templates. However, their customer service makes up the difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you don't have a big CRM like Kaviyo but need a handle no-code widget for doing popups on the site, Poptin is the best I've found for that use-case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with poptin is positive as it has lot of customisations for popups and forms, easy for non technical users, and also some integrations with zapier & co. Nice tool.

Ther's nothing to dislike. I only suggest to work on direct integrations with other platforms like TagMgr, Dynamics 365 and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
