I wish PopSurvey offered more flexible customization for survey appearance and layout. When we send formal questionnaires to clients and external partners, we hope to add our company logo and adjust color styles to match our brand identity, but the available branding settings are very restricted. Besides, the page layout for long questionnaires is not flexible enough. Some of our project evaluation forms contain multiple sections and dozens of questions, and we cannot freely split pages or adjust spacing to improve readability. These are minor drawbacks for internal quick polls, but they affect the presentation of our official project surveys. It has a lot of simple quizzes and games, making it effortless to create and take surveys without feeling overwhelming like Google Forms or SurveyMonkey. I appreciate the clean, modern design that is not cluttered, making it easy to navigate. The conversational style surveys feel more like a conversation than a task, allowing me to give more thoughtful answers. I also like the one-question-at-a-time flow, which keeps people from feeling rushed and reduces drop-offs. It's mobile-friendly, which is great for short surveys. The setup experience is intentionally lightweight, making onboarding simple and quick. I also like that you can use it along with emails, which helps when sending or receiving surveys. Some of them are repetitive. There can be times where you're saying the same thing more than once, but it's not a deal breaker for me, personally. I wish there was more colors. More visual appeal appearance. There are a lot of advanced questions that logic brings matrix questions that I find in complex scoring. Sometimes I think that that's not fair. Important probably could go deep deeper integrations, I realized, are limited. CRM connections and automation tools. You can view basic response breakdowns and export data, but you can’t dig into deeper filtering, cross-tabulation, or real-time dashboard customization easily. We often end up exporting results to Excel to create the visual reports our team needs. I’d really love to see PopSurvey add more flexible, real-time reporting that lets us dig deeper without exporting data. Right now, we can see basic response counts and percentages, but we can’t easily filter results by different groups—like comparing feedback from new hires vs. tenured employees, or customers from different regions.
