I love the regular newsletters outlining the latest learning webinars, how to better use Poppulo, but also insights from Poppulo themselves such as their own internal communications strategy. Tags are so easy to update, create and delete. Communications are pulled together in a blink of an eye, easy to use, and lots of ways to personalise templates. I started using Poppulo 8months ago and I wouldn't go back to my previous tool, I picked it up very quickly and was able to start using more features quite quickly. I wish we could set default colours for the text so it saves time. Analytics are a little harder to understand and pull, especially with newsletters, as the data seems to be messier - perhaps a webinar on understanding data for newsletters could be a suggestion?
