The email planning tools are helpful to plan subject lines and see timing for when communications get sent out. Some of the templates are helpful when trying to build an email from scratch. Poppulo is one of the more challenging internal email platforms to use. Most email builders are drag-and-drop editors, so it's very hard to use when trying to edit elements and takes double the time to create simple emails. We understand your concerns about the email builder. I’m excited to share that we have an update coming soon that we believe will address your needs. Poppulo has always aimed to balance robust governance and brand controls with user-friendly design. While our original workflows were designed with feedback from the world’s largest companies with strict brand standards, we recognize that some customers would prefer greater flexibility. This year, we’re reimagining our email builder to provide a more flexible drag-and-drop experience. Admins will still have control over which users can make design changes to ensure consistency. We invite you to join our upcoming customer-exclusive roadmap session to learn more. Please reach out to your CSM for details on the session and other ways to get involved. Service center is always available to support with time sensitive issues in real time. Unfortunately the stability of the platform finds a user reaching out to help desk too frequently. Easy to actually send the email out once the design/template is done. The process for uploading emails and getting the email sent out is easy to understand and simple to execute. It is clunky to edit anything and just to figure out in general and doesn't give you much control over editing specific features like the image etc. There also needs to be more font options. We have an internal newsletter that we send once a month, and Poppulo does make it easy to send it pretty effortlessly.
