The ease of use, the very personable and adaptable AI with the ability to jump into conversations, and then seamlessly hand them back off to AI is wonderful. I often doubt that the candidates I reach out to realize they are interacting with an AI agent. As far as the team behind Popp...they've made myself and my team heard. They've taken our needs into consideration and have been so quick to respond. They've been very supportive every step of the way. My team and I have used various platforms for communication, but this one has been the most effective, with the best response rates by far. **What do you dislike about Popp?** I would love a feature where the browser tab would show an indicator if attention is needed instead of just email notifications. **What problems is Popp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Popp is allowing me to get a head start in qualifying candidates, as well as giving them an opportunity to reach out with any questions and getting them scheduled. My follow up calls are so much more efficient, as I'm now able to go into them with most of my questions answered. ### 3. Gets the job done, quickly. Rapid innovation. Once sent, a popp campaign effectively is working 24 hours a day, allowing candidates to respond at their convenience. The natural language and tone it uses is amazing, candidates frequently assume they are talking to a real person and it clearly puts them at ease. We have had some awesome results from it in the first 6 months and plan to continue using it. The customer service / dev team are incredibly responsive and have been very open to identifying opportunities to improve the product. Popp is 5X better now than when i started using it and it continues to improve. **What do you dislike about Popp?** We have sometimes generated too many candidate responses, last week it pre-screen 300 people for us, we had 45 interview slots, however due to the engagement ratio and the number of candidates that passed screening, within an hour the slots were filled, but we couldn't turn the system off, so candidates who came to reply later on got an interview booking form with no available slots. our fault really as we didn't expect that volume of response. **What problems is Popp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contacting a large number of people at once, responding to simple questions, conducting screening at pace and directing successful candidates to a next stage.
