We no longer need to manually sift through each CV, as Popp effectively analyzes the CVs, automatically rejecting or shortlisting candidates based on preset questions. This feature alone has dramatically reduced the manual workload involved in the initial screening stages and ensured a more professional approach when declining candidates who do not meet certain criteria, such as sponsorship requirements. The ease with which Popp integrates into our workflow is remarkable; setting it up was a straightforward process, removing any initial barriers to adoption. Furthermore, when integrated with Logic Melon, it optimizes the recruitment process by quickly flagging candidates ineligible for further consideration. I find the screening question campaigns to be particularly useful in managing our recruitment efforts effectively. **What do you dislike about Popp?** I found the analysis sector not very user-friendly, which can be confusing when setting up a campaign and an analysis.
