**What do you like best about Popp?**

I’ve been using Popp for a couple of months now, primarily to facilitate the interview process at my workplace, and I find it incredibly beneficial. One of the standout features is its automation of the interview process, which traditionally required spending considerable time interviewing candidates over the phone. Now, with Popp handling this, I can allocate my time to other priorities, particularly during our busy seasons. The process is intuitive and transparent, making setup straightforward, even though it initially required my supervisors’ assistance. With Popp, I can quickly communicate with candidates, respond, and ask questions in real-time, which further enhances our efficiency. I appreciate how it simplifies the overall workflow, allowing us to handle the interview process without needing additional tools or software. The use of AI to automate tasks is particularly appealing, freeing up valuable time for other productive uses.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

Sometimes the AI doesn't recognize the document type properly, which sometimes creates frustrating situations and causes the candidates to be irritated, but it happens rarely.

**What do you like best about Popp?**

I really appreciate how Popp has significantly streamlined our company’s screening process, making it far more efficient. We no longer need to manually sift through each CV, as Popp effectively analyzes the CVs, automatically rejecting or shortlisting candidates based on preset questions. This feature alone has dramatically reduced the manual workload involved in the initial screening stages and ensured a more professional approach when declining candidates who do not meet certain criteria, such as sponsorship requirements. The ease with which Popp integrates into our workflow is remarkable; setting it up was a straightforward process, removing any initial barriers to adoption. Furthermore, when integrated with Logic Melon, it optimizes the recruitment process by quickly flagging candidates ineligible for further consideration. I find the screening question campaigns to be particularly useful in managing our recruitment efforts effectively.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

I found the analysis sector not very user-friendly, which can be confusing when setting up a campaign and an analysis. The confusion arises from the separation between these two processes, which I believe should be integrated to streamline the workflow.

**What do you like best about Popp?**

The platform is easy to use, though setting it up initially can take some time. However, if you set it up correctly, it can save you a significant amount of time in the long run. It tends to work best when handling higher volumes, but one of its main advantages is that it allows you to contact candidates instantly, so they don't have to wait around.

it is also being frequently updated to make life easier for users. Support is always happy to help and provide training to any users who feel they need extra help.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

Currently, campaigns feel somewhat rigid—once you set one up, it becomes locked, and making any changes requires creating an entirely new campaign. From what I understand, there are plans to introduce more flexibility in the future, which should make managing campaigns easier.

**What problems is Popp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system screens candidates immediately after they apply and automatically contacts everyone who meets the criteria, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It also updates our ATS, allowing us to easily identify which candidates to prioritize.

I find Popp incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, which simplifies my pre-screening process for job candidates. The platform saves me a lot of time by automatically filtering candidates based on my custom screening questions. The ongoing support from the Popp team is excellent, ensuring I feel supported at all times. Setting up Popp was straightforward thanks to clear explanations during Team meetings, helping me get started without issues. Overall, the combination of usability and efficient features like campaigns and automatic filtering makes this tool invaluable.

I don't like that I can't edit existing campaigns, which requires me to duplicate them instead.

Popp has made managing high-volume application responses seamless, especially when contacting and qualifying candidates faster. Rachel and Rob are always on hand with great support, and any time we suggest a way to make things easier, they genuinely listen. It’s never a no, always, “we’ll see what we can do to make it even better.”

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

We also initially thought campaigns could only run with analyses, but that was just our assumption I think. For simple roles like warehouse jobs, running a campaign on its own works perfectly and there is no need for analyses as it simply makes it harder and maybe should be made more clear at the initial demonstration.

The setup process, though initially a bit unusual compared to the process before, is relatively simple once understood.

**What do you like best about Popp?**

In some markets, speed is everything. Popp has allowed me to source for multiple job vacancies whilst still maintaining the professionalism that I would expect to give to people myself. It can give coverage when I just do not have the time. Its like a team of recruiters in the palm of my hand. 

I also like how well it has seamlessly integrated into our recruitment software, it has been very simple. We are able to add jobs and Popp is able to then analyse the descriptions and convey they information to our candidates very well. 

The Popp team has been very helpful and always looking to give us more guidance to optimise how we are using Popp - Coming to our offices and offering training and welcoming our opinions to further tailor the software to our needs.  

I will continue to use this everyday and I do not know how I operated without it before.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

I am yet to find something I 'Dislike' about Popp, however If I ever do, I'm sure the Team will be there to help resolve it immediately.

**What problems is Popp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Popp is saving me time which allows me to focus my time elsewhere. It is making engagement with our database more frequent which is helping us re-kindle old relationships with candidates. 

It is allowing me to speak to multiple candidates within a short space of time, allowing me deliver a fast turnaround with CV's to our clients. This strengthens our relationships with our clients a lot as time is very important.

I had a couple problems during set up but the Pop team were very responsive and ensured my queries were answered.

Popp has enhanced the way our team recruit - The platform has streamlined the candidate screening process, providing a valuable time saving service to allow us to focus our attention on multiple roles. It's easy to set up a campaign, and the more information you input, the more you'll get out of it.

I find the candidate scoring system very useful, with a marked percentage highlighting the strongest candidates in your pipeline.

The customer support has been great - the team are always on hand to answer any questions we might have, and are always open to suggestions on any improvements or features we'd like to see added.

Nothing - I find all features to be useful.

Popp takes the pressure off by pre-screening candidates using the inputted information and job details. You can get Popp to ask the candidates questions that require a detailed response, and measure their answers. This saves us a lot of time!

**What do you like best about Popp?**

I have recently started using Popp in my position within resourcing for Direct hire candidates. Popp is an easy to use AI tool that is making my life alot easier - it is helping me cut down the amount of calls I need to make to fill a booking. You can easily set up a campaign in approx 10 Minutes and then move on to your next job. 
I like the way Popp is ever evolving too and tghe Popp team are great at listening and working on the teams imputs and ideas and implementing them on the tool. I am now using Popp for every role I have and it is reguarly becoming part of my day to day rountine. What is exciting is that Popp is also being intergrated into our systems so this will be even easier and quicker to use! Great product!!

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

I feel the opening sentances could be a bit more tailored to us as a team / business, Making this more specific to our company/ Team I feel would get more tractiin/ buy in from the candidates we are trying to engage with.

**What problems is Popp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Popp is making it easier for me to see which candidates are really interested in positions. It saves me phonong endless amounts of candidates as now I only have to call the candidates who engage in Popp, and even then the majority of questions are already asked!

**What do you like best about Popp?**

Using Popp is a great way to filter candidate appliciations and identify those who meet the role criteria, and those who do not. The ATS integration enables Popp to score high volumes of candidates against set requirements in a short amount of time, which is a significant time-saver for the Recruiter. The integration also allows the Recruiter to automate workflow updates, which again is a huge time (and admin) saver.

The campaigns functionality is also a great product feature, allowing the Recruiter to move longlisted candidates into conversations to assess their skills and experience in more depth. It can even have conversations with candidates in multiple languages!

At the end of the process, the Recruiter is left with a strong shortlist of qualified candidates, who can then be progressed to the interview stage.

The platform is also intuitive and easy to use, and the Popp team are super quick to respond to questions & feedback.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

Some role testing is required when first getting set up to ensure that the API integration is running smoothly, but the Popp team work quickly to resolve any issues that do come up. It can also take some time to get used to how to phrase requirements set, but again, the Popp team is always on hand to advise on how best to do this.

Processing a high volume of candidate applications.

Popp has greatly improved efficiency of business. As a recruitment consultant, time is of the essence - Popp has fiercely cut down the time between receiving a vacancy and sending suitable profiles. 

I would highly recommend Popp.

Very little! The team are very receptive to feedback and the application is constantly improving.

Popp is speeding up the recruitment process which minimises the amount of candidates we miss out on. It also gives us a better chance at getting profiles over to clients first which is hugely beneficial in such a competitive market.

It is bringing new ideas and technology to reduce the most time consuming tasks that recruiters face.  From screening CVs to Communicating with candidates, Popp is successfully changing the way we recruit.  Simple to use and back up from the support team is always prompt.  Our staff are relying on the product as it becomes a staple of their daily recruitment workflow.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

To date there are no negatives.  A new exciting business so they are on the journey whilst they develop their product, improve user experience, and generate new technology to support the recruitment process.

It is removing the time we spend speaking with candidates who are not interested in new opportunities currently.  It is analysing applicants and bringing those most suitable for the vacancy to our attention quickly.

We had a great experience with Popp. The platform is able to screen candidates via AI conversations and is easy to set up.
Over the last 3 months, I've made numerous product suggestions/requests (some more important than others), and the team were always extremely receptive. In most cases, these suggestions were implemented into the platform within only a few weeks.
The team were great to work with, always responsive, helpful, and fun.

**What do you dislike about Popp?**

When first using the platform, set up was challenging and it was easy to make mistakes. Since then, most of these issues have been made easier.
Sadly we have stopped using the platform for now because our business does not have a use case for it right now. In my opinion, it works best for markets where applicant volumes are high. In these situations it saves vast amounts of time.

Automate the screening of candidates in order to save human time. Popp allows us to get a pre sorted list based on custom criteria which we have defined, allowing us to prioritize the best candidates for the job (and avoiding any human bias).

Popp, is just an amazing AI platform. I use it in my HR role since I work for an Staffing Agency, and Popp is so friendly and easy to use. Great features and I've been amazed of how natural the AI is when conversating to my candidates, sometimes they won't notice is an AI helping me do some knock-out questions to make my process faster.

Popp is a platform every company should have, I can imagine endless possibilities in which you can use Popp and make your work run smoothly. Work smarter and not harder.

Nothing so far, I can tell I've been enjoying Popp since the day 1 of use.

Working for High volume sides of buisness, sometimes I can't get to every candidate and make sure they qualify by just looking at their solid experience reflected on their resume. Popp has been my assistant in getting those candidates in! Very smart, friendly and having natural toned conversations!
