"Ditch those paper business cards for good"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

It’s great at networking events to put your details right into your contacts phone. Let’s face it. They throw out half the cards they come home with before they even sit down at their desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I’d love a customizable metal card. The POPL website seems difficult to find what I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarah VanVactor of Popl

Hi Scott! We're glad to hear that you find your digital business card easy to edit! We strive to make the platform user-friendly and efficient. Thank you!

"Popl Makes Sharing Contact Info Effortless—No More Forgotten Business Cards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I never remember to carry business cards. I travel light and most of the time as I'm walking out of the house, I'm not thinking about my business. Now it is attached to my keys or when I'm at a conference to my badge. I can give people my contact information and I don't have to remember anything. It has made my life much easier and let's me keep in contact with people easier. I no longer need to worry about needing a card, it's always with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

Not all phone tap perfectly, but close. I do wish there were "prettier" or more custom versions of it. For example I'm an author, I'd love Popl that was a book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cie Goriding of Popl

We're glad to hear that Popl has made it easier for you to share your contact information without the need for business cards. We appreciate your feedback and will take your suggestion for more custom versions into consideration for future updates.

"Clean and easy way to share contact info"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

UI is clean and easy to use. You can make it look like your own little website. You get a lot of wow's. That's pretty cool. There are sometimes issues with iPhones, but other than that it's pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

You need an easier way to export contacts. It feels a little clunky. It's really good if you're on the app, but when you want to start adding to your contacts, it's hard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarah VanVactor of Popl

Hi Josh! We're glad to hear that you like the ability to customize your page for different events. Thank you for taking the time to write this review, and we appreciate your feedback.

What do you like best about Popl?

The platform runs nice and smoothly and provides accurate insights of our teams activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

Maybe one suggestion. In the popl app, if we could manage multiple popl accounts instead of just 1, that would be great and a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarah VanVactor of Popl

Hi Adrian! We're thrilled to hear that our Popl Badges have been a great investment for your company and have been working well for your public events and conventions. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us!

"Convenience Redefined for Car Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I find Popl incredibly convenient for sales, especially since I sell cars. It's great because whenever I run out of cards, I have the electronic version ready, and I can keep track of the leads I bring in. I value the lead list for organization and the physical card for its convenience. The Popl card works very well, and the initial setup was very fast. It's such a convenient tool that I switched from using a custom business card company to using Popl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

"Versatile Digital Business Card with Great Networking Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I like that Popl has a feature where other people need to enter their own info before receiving mine. This helps me get more meaningful connections. It's an important function because, at events, people don't always have their own cards, so this way I still get useful information. The initial setup was quite easy; I had to add information that you'd typically need for a business card, which made the process super chill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I wish I could make multiple cards on my free account but understand you want to incentivize people to pay for the premium services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Popl with Great Free Customization—App Customization Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I liked that I was still able to have customization options with the free version of Popl, unliked competitors that give you no options for the free version. I additionally really liked that the card lets me integrate my LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email/phone number. The UI was quite easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I do wish that all of the customization options would be nice to do on the app. The browser UI was still easy to navigate, it would be more convenient to be able to do everything straight on the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cie Goriding of Popl

I love Popl for its convenience, especially having the option to display the QR code on my lock screen, so I don't have to search for the app. It's a clean and smooth transaction without the need to fumble around, and it's right there when I need it, making connecting with others easy. The initial setup was simple and straightforward, which was great because it was easy to find and navigate everything I needed. "Effortless, Modern Networking with Popl in a Single Tap"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

What I like best about Popl is how it completely changes the way I share my contact information and connect with people in person. It lets me share all of my key details—phone number, email, social media, website, and more—with just a single tap or scan, so I don’t have to worry about carrying physical business cards or running out of them at important moments. This makes first impressions smoother and more professional, because the person in front of me immediately gets a clean, organized profile instead of a small piece of paper that can be easily lost or forgotten.

I also really like that Popl brings everything into one place. Instead of sending multiple links one by one, I can simply have someone tap my Popl device or scan the code and they instantly see my complete digital profile, which keeps the interaction simple and modern. It feels very natural in real networking situations, like conferences, meetings, or casual events, and often becomes a small conversation starter because people are curious about how it works. In that sense, Popl doesn’t just share my information; it also helps me stand out a bit and makes the interaction more memorable.

From a follow‑up and organization perspective, Popl is also very helpful. Once I connect with someone, I can easily keep track of who I met and where, instead of manually managing business cards or typing things into my phone later. This is especially useful when I meet many people in a short time, for example at events or business trips, because I can quickly review and follow up without losing context. Overall, what I like best is that Popl makes networking faster, cleaner, and more efficient while giving a more up‑to‑date, tech‑savvy impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

What I dislike about Popl is that, as much as I rely on it, there are still a few practical limitations I have to keep in mind. In some situations, the other person’s phone or settings are not immediately compatible with tap sharing, so I end up having to switch to a QR code or another method, which can interrupt the smooth, “one‑tap” experience that Popl is known for. Also, because it’s a digital solution, it depends on the other person being comfortable with technology and willing to use their phone on the spot, and occasionally I meet people who simply prefer a traditional business card or feel hesitant about sharing information digitally.

Another thing I dislike is that using Popl means I need to be more mindful about my own online presence and how my information is organized. If I haven’t updated my profile or links recently, I can end up sharing outdated details, and that can look less professional than just handing over a simple, static card with basic information. In addition, there can be minor connectivity or loading delays depending on the network environment, which is a small thing but can feel awkward in a face‑to‑face conversation when you want everything to work instantly.

Overall, I still use and recommend Popl, but I do wish the experience were completely seamless across all devices and user types, and that there were fewer situations where I need a backup option or extra explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cie Goriding of Popl

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Popl! We're glad to hear that it has made networking smoother and more professional for you. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving the seamless experience across all devices and user types.
