One thing that I wasn't really a fan of was that I had to create a Popl account before I could view someone else's digital business card through the platform. I'm not sure if it was a device-specific issue or an intentional feature, but it added an extra step to what I expected would be a seamless experience. If recipients could always view shared profiles without creating an account, I think it would make networking even smoother. Beyond that, I'd love to see even more integrations with CRM and contact management platforms, along with additional customization options for the digital profile. What I like most about Popl is its ease of use and organization. It solves the problem of having to keep up with business cards at networking events and ending up with a huge stack. I can scan them and have them loaded easily, so I don't have loose cards in my pocket or collecting in my office. It gives me quick access and lets me quickly identify what contact I need. I can put any information that refers to them and it'll bring up their card and contact. It also lets me share my card quickly without having to search for a business card. It's really nice when you're in person and the other person also has Popl, because you can pull it up and it automatically connects with them, and you have their picture and everything right there in the app. The initial setup was very easy. Someone sent me their Popl business card digitally, I tapped on it, created my own account, and it was up and running in two minutes. I found out the more that I've used it that there's actually an option to scan other people's business cards! they don't have to have Popl or anything but you can scan the cards that you have and it instantly finds more information about them and uploads it directly into the crm. I do appreciate that there is a built-in CRM into the app because I do tend to upload things into a spreadsheet so it's really quick and easy to find without having to by an additional software for this. people love them they think the cards are well designed and the customizable range that you have with the cards makes it perfect for any type of business owner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
