I appreciate the convenience of being able to provide my info either through people taking a picture of the QR code or by tapping the card. This eliminates the hassle of carrying paper business cards and having to stuff cards in my pocket or wallet. I found the initial setup of Popl to be very easy. **What do you dislike about Popl?** The app itself crashes a lot and I can't set up my profile as a result. Due to the app crashing frequently I didn't convince others to switch. **What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Popl to share my contact information without worrying about running out of business cards. I would add in my information and it like wouldnt save. I did have to get with support and ended up using chrome for a bit and that helped. **What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast communication and networking. I like business cards because of the industry I am in, but if I run out, I always have a backup!! I love that it's easy to use and its free features are great for sharing what I need. **What do you dislike about Popl?** There isn't much I dislike about Popl, but sometimes, when I don't have service, it's very slow to respond and load. So whenever I have an event, I pre-load my Popl app and try to keep extra business cards on hand. Other than that, I don't really have an issue. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right spot before the phone recognizes the device and shares the contact details. **What problems is Popl solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t have unlimited storage space to carry business cards around.
