**What do you like best about Popin'?**

I find Popin's video chat service to be very good. I really like how the video chat is super lightweight, allowing me to easily get ready for a meeting vibe, just loop in and talk. The text chat feature is also a very good service. Additionally, the initial setup of Popin' was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Popin'?**

Sometimes video quality drops for no reason on Wi-Fi also, notifications come late.

**What problems is Popin' solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Popin' for video and text chat, solving related issues. The video chat is super light-weight, letting me effortlessly loop into meetings.
