PoolDial is modern pool service management software built for solo operators and growing pool service companies. It keeps routes, customers, properties, service history, water chemistry, billing, work orders, equipment, and team operations in one connected system. The web dashboard and iOS and Android mobile apps let owners and technicians plan routes, log service visits, record chemical readings, document work with photos, complete work orders, and bill customers. The mobile app supports offline work and syncs when connectivity returns. PoolDial also includes Cody, an AI business assistant, and an AI receptionist that answers calls, captures leads, and sends summaries. Pricing is $2 per serviced pool per month with a $40 monthly minimum. Every plan includes unlimited users. New customers receive a 30-day free trial. AI usage above the included monthly credits may incur overage charges. PoolDial is best suited for new and growing pool service businesses that want a modern, pool-specific operating system instead of generic field-service software.
