PoolCRM is a pool service CRM built for one to ten truck pool companies by someone who ran one. It handles the part route software leaves out: getting the customer and keeping them. Missed call text back: when a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business number within seconds, before they call the next company. New callers become a contact and a pipeline card automatically. Quote follow-up: every quote gets a text or email on day 1, 3, 7, and 14 until the customer answers, then it stops. Review automation: every customer is asked once for a Google review after the job, with a one-tap link. Weekly accounts are never nagged. Also included: two-way texting from your existing number, website chat that texts you the lead, a lead pipeline, Google Business Profile messages in the same inbox, seasonal campaigns for openings, closings, and filter cleans, win-back messages for cancelled accounts, and reporting on missed calls, quotes, and reviews. PoolCRM connects to Skimmer, Pool Brain, Jobber, and QuickBooks through Zapier and webhooks. Keep your route software. Add the phone layer.
