What do you like best about Polymail?

Mobile app is slow and buggy still. Desktop app is less buggy, but still has a few straggling bugs. Team is working quickly to knock them out, but don't expect perfection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Polymail?

Inbox Zero is always a realistic possibility with Polymail. I love how easily I can fly through my inbox and archive, snooze, delete, or move each message. I use Polymail for my business email on both my MacBook Pro and iPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Polymail?

Can be a bit buggy at times. Sometimes emails that I have already processed on my iPhone still show up in the inbox on the Mac version (usually fixed by going to Accounts > Clear Cache). Has not been a major issue, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Polymail:

The snooze feature is a lifesaver! Allows you to respond to email when you have time set aside for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Polymail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a web development company and get a ton of requests for updates & bug fixes via email. Being able to quickly prioritize and organize those requests using Polymail has been huge for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Polymail?

Read receipts and read later functionality. It keeps me organized with list and folders. I manage multiple in boxes. I also use the template function and like not having to type the same emails over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Polymail:

The old versino of Polymail did funny things in merging different email chains together; seems like that problem is fixed now. The student pricing is definitely reasonable; full price is a bit high IMHO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I have to open the window to start an email. Seems like a dumb oversight that you can't select "new email" from the dock (on mac). Would alleviate having to have your screen being taken over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
