It allows us to create custom ringtones and ring back tones, which means when an end user is calling, they get a nice custom ring back tone that makes them feel more welcomed and enjoy the experience better. The support is great—quick, fast, and easy to access. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was with very minimal interaction needed with the setup organization. It integrates well with our single sign-on, allowing seamless use across several platforms like cell phones and laptops. **What do you dislike about HP Poly?** Nothing to dislike about it its been amazing using Poly for our voip needs. **What problems is HP Poly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poly provides ease of access, allowing us to set up phones for users easily. I have purchased the Licence for Skype for Business and now as the MS Skype for Business shifted to Teams, it’s not working on my poly. **What problems is HP Poly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly Online meeting with our principles, which was mostly beneficiaries to us during the early covid stage. But Asia days goes on people shifted to other tools due to the price and portability issues I bely. ### 13. I am beyond impressed with the build quality, feel of the product, durability, and audio quality for every item. Over the last few years I have worked with the Trio C60, Speakerpucks, 8800s, CCX line and more, and have always been impressed with the experience. **What do you dislike about HP Poly?** In my experience, when help is needed with Poly equipment, the public forums are less than helpful. My other complaint is that the firmware builds occasionally are buggy, and this can make upgrading devices frustrating. I would like to see better quality testing from Poly on new firmware. **Recommendations to others considering HP Poly:** Highly recommend Poly. They are one of the best vendors out there for headsets, phones, and audio devices. **What problems is HP Poly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Poly as our collaboration equipment provider. All speakerphones, desk phones, and conference room phones are outfitted with Poly equipment. By standardizing on Poly we have benefited from a cohesive user experience. They have solutions for in an office environment, warehouse, emergency disbatch, on the go, and even several video solutions. I like that they have so many different options for connection needs for every device out there. **What do you dislike about HP Poly?** I wish they had a reward system to reward their resellers for selling their products. They recently stopped the program, so I don't sell their products as much anymore. I still love their products but would like the extra incentive to sell their products. **What problems is HP Poly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have pleased customers that have minimal complaints about Poly products. I make a great margin selling their products. I can always find a Poly solution for every customer need that comes up. I will continue to sell Poly products to my customers going forward. ### 18.
