I have used a wide variety of Poly headsets, speakerphones, and IP phones. I am beyond impressed with the build quality, feel of the product, durability, and audio quality for every item. In my experience, when help is needed with Poly equipment, the public forums are less than helpful. My other complaint is that the firmware builds occasionally are buggy, and this can make upgrading devices frustrating. I would like to see better quality testing from Poly on new firmware. I would say there a vast array of products for all possible communication needs. They have solutions for in an office environment, warehouse, emergency disbatch, on the go, and even several video solutions.
