The interface was pretty straight forward. Prices are reasonable. I had a few problems with survey responses not passing my attention check questions, which means they were low quality responses. However, after reaching out to customer service, they re-ran my survey until all responses passed the attention check questions, so all of my results were usable. I appreciate that service. For me, I actually thought that the survey results came in TOO quickly. My 100 responses were completed in less than 10 minutes. And my survey should've taken 7-10 minutes to complete at a normal pace. This made me question "real" versus "bot" responses in order for this to happen so quickly. It's got an intuitive layout that allows me to create surveys as simple or complex as I would like them to be quickly and easily.

I was able to quickly create and send out an interest and scheduling survey to a group of prospective participants for an upcoming focus group I'm running for my team, and being able to drill down on the answers to find the specific people I needed saved me a ton of time.
