The interface was pretty straight forward. Prices are reasonable. I had a few problems with survey responses not passing my attention check questions, which means they were low quality responses. However, after reaching out to customer service, they re-ran my survey until all responses passed the attention check questions, so all of my results were usable. I appreciate that service. My 100 responses were completed in less than 10 minutes. And my survey should've taken 7-10 minutes to complete at a normal pace. It's got an intuitive layout that allows me to create surveys as simple or complex as I would like them to be quickly and easily. I was able to quickly create and send out an interest and scheduling survey to a group of prospective participants for an upcoming focus group I'm running for my team, and being able to drill down on the answers to find the specific people I needed saved me a ton of time.
