This seems to be the most inexpensive and yet targeted way to get a poll out to the public. We wanted 400 survey completions from Australians and that is what we got. All 14 questions fully complete with verbatims, qual, qant the lot. We set up enough safeguards that I can see they are real people giving their honest opinion. The support staff are top notch, more than willing to jump on Zoom calls to walk through survey flows you have in mind vs proper programming the platform needs. I am a big fan of Pollfish's audience quality. PollFish uses 1st-party data from their own audience, whereas competitors like SurveyMonkey primarily use 3rd-party panels sourced from various vendors. I trust the results coming from PollFish far more than I do from other survey platforms. Additionally, their support feature is phenomenal! I can get detailed answers to my questions in minutes. The range of options available for each question, the AI survey creator built into the website, the review and recommendations for each question, the support chat with a human was prompt and very nice.
