We have tried using third party solutions to have tracking for internal communications, but our IS security configurations made it difficult to ensure reliable delivery of important employee communications originating from outside IPs. It's not mobile friendly with Blackberry for Work app, which we use for security reasons.

Originally, we faced a lot of freezing and emails unable to send, but that seems fixed now. Difficulty sending to distribution lists because it breaks it down into individual emails, while we like that people see which distribution list it was sent to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
