I have not had the proper training with PoliteMail so I had to figure out most of the things on my own. There are a lot of functions - which is not a downside, you just need to learn them and make good use! I've had trouble sending out large emails (1 MB+). When I click send, nothing happens. Not knowing if an email was actually sent or not creates anxiety because we definitely do not want to send out multiple versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the metrics you're able to pull fascinating! You can see things such as if your email was opened on a computer or mobile device, if people read or skimmed, where people clicked etc.

However, the thing I love most was my support person - Eileen. I was struggling to use the tool and clicked on the "help" button and almost immediately I was connected with assistance. She took the time to help me, and answer all the questions I had (which was a lot).
