**What do you like best about PoliSys?**

I like that it is easy to dispatch multiple towns, agencies, and services all under one system and locations can be customized easily.

**What do you dislike about PoliSys?**

Not always accurate with the mapping system for recommending zones and units.

**What problems is PoliSys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits auto spawn of fd and ems together when needed or pd on an ems or fire call without having to create individual multiple calls. Also integrates phone system and 9-1-1 lines for caller info and location without having to manually enter it.

The software is user friendly, and easy to learn

Error messages pop up daily and system freezes often

Make sure you write down every error message

**What problems is PoliSys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The administrators are taking care of that. I’ve realized you cannot overload the system if you want it to run efficiently.
