## About Polinode
Polinode is a leading provider of organisational network analysis software and solutions for enterprises. Established in 2014, our online platform is used by both Fortune 500 enterprises and large consulting organisations around the world for a variety of applications including: identifying emerging and/or hidden talent; improving collaboration; finding influencers; succession planning; organisational design; and diversity and inclusion. We support both active organisational network analysis, i.e. asking questions like “who do you go to for advice?” and mapping the interactions between employees that way, as well as passive organisational network analysis, where you use a data source such as email metadata to understand how people are collaborating and working together. In addition to providing our online Software-as-a-Service solution we also work alongside enterprises to assist with the collection and analysis of network data to help drive positive change.

**What do you like best about Polinode?**

I find Polinode intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is top notch. They're very responsive and answer any and all questions I have, which makes the entire experience simply phenomenal. The initial setup was very easy as well. The telephone call with the account representative was quick and easy, and he gave a very thorough overview, allowing us to be up and running extremely fast.

**What do you dislike about Polinode?**

Nothing - I have had zero issues with their platform and service.

**What problems is Polinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Polinode to aggregate data across expansive datasets, making sense of different structural networks.

No dislikes fo far. But if they improve their processing speed it will be more easy

It helps to deliver datas directly from any softwares like social media, emails etc.
