PolicyVera is an insurance marketplace for homebuyers, homeowners, insurance agents, and mortgage lenders. Shoppers fill out one short form and licensed local agents prepare real quotes across home, auto, and other personal and business lines. Phone numbers and email addresses stay private until the shopper picks an agent, so there are no spam calls. Lenders track each file insurance from shopping to bound binder and receive proof of insurance before closing, at no cost. Agents pay a referral fee per quoted line and nothing for renewals.
