The most helpful feature of PolicyCo is that I don't necessarily have to draft policies for my organisation, but can simply use the existing drafted policies for my sector and implement a policy along similar lines. This not only helps me save time, but also gives me confidence that the policy being implemented is better than the one I could've come up with for my own organisation. The mobile webpage is not as robust as the webpage for PC users. This is not a major issue but it doesn't allow for seamless usage across all platforms. Further, there is no image of the leadership team, and instead generic photos have been used. This caused a lack of trust in the service and hopefully this can be fixed immediately. The biggest business problem an organisation faces is to write and implement policies without loopholes. For a new organisation like mine, which has no prior experience in this domain, PolicyCo acts as a saviour. I can use the already created policies and customise it to suit the needs of my organisation, and can also just browse through an enormous library if policies to pick and choose the best pointers for my own organisation's policy. The platform is the only one available for creating, managing, and reviewing product-based businesses. When looking into PolicyCo alternatives, dependability and usability are also crucial things to take into account. Task delegation, version control, and other features are available in PolicyCo. One drawback we've seen is that PolicyCo does not use or integrate with APIs, despite the fact that the software is highly useful and does not have many problems. I created my own versions of the policies for my e-commerce website using the PolicyCo templates. Once you link everything from the beginning, PolicyCo helps you handle a variety of business challenges, and you may use it to your advantage like everything runs on autopilot. Amazingly done, and well-drafted. The platform has a well-documented template for everything under the sun that a business could need. I used these templates for my website; 1. Terms and Conditions, 2. Privacy Policy 3. Shipping and Return Policy And it's not only about the templates. The website is only exclusive if you are a paid member. Usually, most websites give a free trial before locking on. But with PolicyCo, one can only create an account but cannot access the repository unless one pays. I took a shot to pay without knowing what the library comprised of. I used the PolicyCo templates to draft my own versions of policies for my e-commerce website. Though I am no longer a paid memeber, I still use the web platform to safely keep wall the policies that I've created/curated. it acts as a cloud backup of all the important policy documents that I might need for future implementation. The software helps users to maintain version control and organisation for all documents pertaining to policies while keeping them all online in one location. The programme provides for an unlimited number of users per organisation, so users may invite their complete team and choose the relevant team members to begin writing right away.
