Policy Confirm helps organizations distribute policies and important documents, collect employee acknowledgements and follow up without chasing people manually. It supports HR, operations, IT, legal and compliance teams, from one workplace to a larger organization. Flexible policy management Create policies in the built-in editor, upload files or link to documents in SharePoint or your intranet. Organize policies by category, manage versions and use approval flows. Target recipients by department, location, role or your own groups. Confirmation cycles that fit your workflow Send immediately, schedule a cycle or repeat it periodically. Include new employees automatically, with Microsoft Entra ID recipient sync. Track confirmed, pending and overdue statuses, automate reminders and delegate follow-up. A simple employee experience Recipients open a personal email link to read and confirm. The employee portal brings their policies, outstanding tasks and confirmation history together. Use your logo and brand colours, with Microsoft sign-in available. Records and oversight Acknowledgements record the document version and date. Export individual or organization-wide records as PDF or CSV/Excel for everyday oversight, customer requests or audits such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Policy questions and electronic signatures are available. Choose EU or US hosting. Optional Learning add-on Short interactive awareness courses on information security, data privacy, safe AI use and professional conduct can be completed alongside policy confirmations. The current library includes four ready-made courses, typically five to eight minutes each, with completion records kept together. Optional Policy Intelligence add-on Employees can ask questions about selected company policies through an AI assistant in the portal. Administrators also have a dedicated chat. Answers reference the source policy. A free trial includes two policies and 20 questions. Pricing A free plan supports up to 10 recipients. Standard starts at USD 49 per month for up to 75 recipients, billed yearly. Learning and Policy Intelligence are optional, separately priced add-ons.
