Key capabilities include: - Fundraising and investor onboarding with digital subscription documents, e-signature support (ESIGN and eIDAS compliant), accredited investor verification, and KYC/AML screening against more than 300 international watchlists. Investors complete the onboarding process through a self-service digital workflow rather than paper-based forms. - Fund administration automation covering waterfall distribution calculations for both American and European structures, net asset value (NAV) computation, capital account maintenance, capital call processing, and multi-fund management. These calculations run programmatically based on each fund's specific partnership agreement terms. - A white-label investor portal that provides limited partners (LPs) with 24/7 access to capital account balances, real-time NAV updates, distribution history, performance metrics including IRR, TVPI, and DPI, K-1 tax documents, and quarterly fund reports. The portal operates under the fund manager's own branding and domain. - Automated reporting including ILPA-standard quarterly reports, real-time performance dashboards, custom report generation, and multi-currency reporting for international investor bases. - Cross-border payment processing with support for multiple currencies and stablecoin payment rails, designed for fund managers operating across different countries and managing international investor bases. The platform supports multi-jurisdiction compliance validation and provides audit trails for regulatory documentation. It also includes ERC-3643 compliant tokenization infrastructure for fund managers structuring digital securities.
