Polca (polca.ai) is the AI platform for life insurance agencies. It puts AI appointment setting, branded dialing, quoting, production tracking and team management in one place. Ava, the AI appointment setter Ava calls an agency's own opted-in leads, fresh and aged, under the agency's name. On the call she confirms the lead's state, coverage need and age band, handles common pushback like "I already have insurance," and books the appointment on the right agent's calendar, or live-transfers a lead who wants to talk now. She answers callbacks 24/7 and can reschedule on the same call. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized. Ava never quotes prices, takes applications or binds coverage. The licensed conversation stays with the agent. Results One agent on Ava averages 46 booked appointments and about 5 signed clients a month: roughly $118,000 of annual premium written a year, about $10 of annual premium written for every $1 spent on Ava (as of November 2026; Ava books the appointment, the agent signs the client). Branded Power Dialer Closers dial with registered branded caller ID, so leads see the agency's name where the carrier and phone support it. Polca manages and rotates a number pool for each agency. One tap sets the disposition and moves to the next lead. Agency platform Quote engine, book of business, commissions, leaderboards and team activity, plus an iPhone app. Polca works on its own; GoHighLevel is an optional two-way integration.
