I like how Polarr has various filters both for free and for purchase. It is easy to use and allows a user to select a face in each photo to make specific edits. Most other apps are costly or make facial edits look too fake, but Polarr allows for various depths to each edit. Polarr's included presets are visually stunning and there is something for everyone. If you are looking for more of an "art" edit, there are options to make your photos pop and look unique. If you want a more subtle and natural feel, Polarr has some great settings for that too. Using Polarr just makes everything easier. I really love the teeth affect where you can whiten and adjust teeth color. You can also smooth skin and edit skin tones if you need to. Another feature I enjoy is the radial feature. You can choose if you want to edit the people, the sky, an object....and so forth. This makes editing so much easier for social media. I do not like the update of Polarr for mobile. I think this update makes things a bit harder to use and doesn't differentiate between the free and for purchase effects and filters well enough. When using the free version of Polarr, make sure to check your settings before you start creating or getting comfortable with your design. If you end up adding features that cost money, it won't tell you until the end and you will be forced to go back and begin again if you choose to not pay for the app. Polarr doesn't really emphasize their customer support and can be difficult when you need answers. Downloading overlays can also take some time when on a mobile device. I like how it was so easy for me to start using it, Many websites make you go circles with logins and everything but this website was to the point with one-click photo editing. The photo editor provides a bulk of free features to work with which includes all kinds of filters that you would find on other apps like Picsart or Pixler as well but the main difference is that they are not portable like Polarr which gives it a big advantage. This also has many premium tools as well such as premium effects and filters that can be utilized, Trust me it will take you a lot of time to just check free ones because they are so many. There were very few things to unlike about Polarr but one noticeable thing that I want them to workout is to make all the tools visible a bit more, Like when I click the filter and it will only show those effects that are in the filter and I will need to click on more filter to open the box to see other choices. What I like the most about polar is that it is a free alternative to Lightroom. Sometimes you want to tweak your pics more than the usual adjustments, and this app is excellent for that. I love that Polarr is as good as Adobe Photoshop when it comes to the adjustment features. You can professionally edit your photos to clean up, enhance, and polish your photography or selfies! There are also many adjusting features that other editing apps do not have like toning, hslm, and fringing. Besides the editing tools, there are a lot of excellent overlay effects like flares that is super easy to use. The backdroups are also so pretty, Im excited to start and utilize those more. Sometimes it runs a bit slow if you are trying to take a picture or video within the app directly. It also has some filters that require you to log in/ create an account, so sometimes it becomes frustrating having to close out of that login page all of the time. I feel like there should be a bit more free filters, you have to pay for the pro account if you want to have all of the features. Its about $20 a year which isnt so bad!
