You are limited to edit 8-bit JPEGs. However, in theory, you must submit to a lower quality workflow. One more limiting aspect of Polarr is that it exports everything in an sRGB color space. This may be a limitation of its encoding, but it is less than ideal if you want to print your files on an inkjet printer. For web and online photo labs, it's fine. Many times while using Polarr it has been closed automatically and I lost all my work. I don't know it is a polarr error or my system but it happens. One more thing is that it does not confirm the user before closing the tab if someone is working online. The dark background makes it easier on the eyes and easier to see the edits and adjustments I am making on my photos. I really enjoy the many filters and colorful layovers for photos.
