PolarPuffin tells a hotel, every week, the smallest changes that will do most for its guests, with the reviews that prove it. It brings together the hotel's Google, TripAdvisor and Booking reviews. Claude, from Anthropic, reads each one in its original language and records what the guest complains about or praises, with the exact sentence. The code counts, weights recent reviews more and ranks the changes by how small they are and how many complaints they solve. Every Monday the report arrives by email with up to five changes, each with who does it, what it costs and the reviews behind it. It also flags what is urgent: health or safety risks, growing complaints and negative reviews with no reply. When the hotel marks a change as done, PolarPuffin checks at 4 and 8 weeks whether complaints went down. The Hotel Pro plan adds draft replies in the guest's language that only state what the hotel has confirmed. 30 days free, no card. From €79 a month per hotel ($79 in the US), excluding VAT. Made by Polargate in Madrid.
