There are many practical applications. I like that it can be configured and then reconfigured. Can be used for tracking training and tasks, shift handoff. You have to have everything just right - it was easier for me to add people individually. I also wished that it would try and match up manufactures to avoid duplicate entries that are slightly different. We have video training available for new equipment. We have attached the manuals for all equipment - no need to go to the shared drive and through multiple folders. I love the fact that I have been able to work with Poka directly on improvements that were needed in the platform to make more use cases available. They have been receptive to feedback and have implemented several changes including conditional logic and completion metric visibility. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** One of the things that still needs a little work is the analytics portion of the platform. I would love to see more customization in the data we are able to see. The interface is intuitive for users, and the ability to translate for multiple languages is going to be a huge win for many sites. **What do you dislike about Poka.io?** With a one-stop-shop for many of the tools we want to be able to use, there are some alternatives that do things better for a specific tool or toolset. That said, Poka is great about taking feature requests and including them in their improvement planning. Most of our asks have been already in their roadmap or added to it as it comes out. **What problems is Poka.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poka is improving communication between operators, production lines, shifts, departments and sites. It is also helping team members identify problems, escalate them for correction and watch them through the process to completion. Lastly, it is truly bringing the front-line operators into the fold as SMEs that contribute to the improvement (and eventually development) of standard work instruction for their job function. This builds into the overall job specific skills that are created in Poka and easily assigned, reviewed, assessed and tracked by trainers, supervisors and managers. The benefits are better visibility to issues impacting our team and productivity, as well as faster correction of them, and that every team member is getting the same information, updated information and clear expectations about how to execute their job effectively. ### 30. Like when you want to write in bold, you need to use ** to make the text bold and other stuff. Don't like that you need to publish a new version of a work instruction when making small changes like fixing spelling and grammar or changing pictures. **What problems is Poka.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a live skill matrix, which greatly benefits our company.
