Poka is easy to navigate, can hold a ton of information and implementing some things in video format has been such a game changer. In a world where we go to video tutorials for a lot things in life why would you not want to create the same with work instructions for tasks? This helps the content become so much more engaging and has given our teams real pride in creating their videos and standards in the system! It has sparked big interest in our people and people are using it every day now, finally it is really great for managers to have clear overviews of their teams and getting a better handle on the training needs of teams. In the context of my work, Poka is an indispensable tool for keeping in touch with employees at all times with various HR and other communications. I would say more of an improvement to be made would be to be able to use a communication already made and published, for example, a month ago, and that we would like to make a reminder with the same "post" would be greatly appreciated.
