The platform not only issues tamper-proof credentials but also helps us showcase our programs and measure student impact. Its fully compliance with global standards (Open Badge 3.0, European Learning Model, etc) . On top of that, with its APIs (that comply wtih LTI) its very easy to integrate with LMS like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, Open edX, D2L, and CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot . The only challenge is that once you see what’s possible, you want to implement everything at once. POK solves the problem of trust in digital credentials by making them tamper-proof, permanent, and easily verifiable. It also addresses the challenge of demonstrating impact by allowing us to track student outcomes and engagement. On top of that, it turns credentialing into a marketing tool that helps us showcase our programs and attract new learners. Its full interoperability with global standards ensures portability, while the white-label option lets us deliver credentials under our own brand. What problems is POK - Proof of Knowledge solving and how is that benefiting you?

POK brings solutions to address gaps in the digital certification segment. If well utilized, these opportunities can generate competitive advantages for those who use the POK platform. The main challenges include the need for market education about credential NFTs, as many institutions confuse NFT credentials on the public blockchain with inferior options. Additionally, the perception of the term "NFT" in certain markets is associated with art and speculation, which can cause resistance. POK's global recognition is still limited compared to competitors like Credly and Acredible, but I see that the competition uses misleading marketing to confuse the public. These problems, in reality, are an opportunity for POK to educate the market and establish itself as the authority in real NFT credentials. The platform has the advantage of innovation, as few competitors use public blockchain with NFTs. Sooner or later, it is certain that institutions using web2 platforms "with private blockchain" will discover their limitations and migrate to POK, capable of offering permanence and real ownership. POK should differentiate itself globally as a safer and more economical alternative, attracting customers dissatisfied with other platforms. POK is incredibly easy to use. You don't need to know anything to start: its interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, and the learning curve is practically zero. The usability is excellent, everything is well thought out and organized. Additionally, it has many unique features that I haven't found on any other platform, such as the issuance of verifiable NFT credentials, real-time employability analytics, and compatibility with major global standards. POK solves the problem of issuing digital credentials quickly, easily, and integrated with my systems. Before, I had to use several separate tools to issue certificates, promote them, and measure their impact. With POK, I can do it all in one place: issue verifiable NFT credentials in minutes, integrate them with my CRM and LMS, use them as a marketing tool for students to share on social networks, and also measure the results in real-time — who sees them, where they are shared, and how they improve the employability of my graduates." What I really love about POK is that it does what almost no one else has: take digital credentials seriously into public blockchain, with real NFTs , no shortcuts, not just a marketing ploy. I also appreciate that credentials are truly yours, stored in your own wallet, they're fully compliant with all global standards (OpenBadge, GDPR, etc.), and even are becoming a point of reference in LATAM. Some other features that are greatly appreciated are that they are a plug-and-play integration with major LMSs and CRMs, and they have 100% security and interoperability 100%. What does this imply in practice?

The user is the true owner: The credentials are hosted directly in the holder's wallet. They are not a loan from the platform, but a digital asset of their own.

At the forefront of standards: They are pioneers, strictly complying with the most important global standards (OpenBadge 3.0, European Learning Model, LTI, GDPR). Additionally, as founders of 1EdTech LATAM, their voice carries real weight in defining these parameters.

If I had to find a weak point in POK – Proof of Knowledge, it wouldn't be in its value proposition, which I find very solid and unique. Rather, it lies in areas that, if improved, could boost its growth and adoption.

Greater visibility outside of Latin America: Although it is an undisputed leader in the region, its global presence is still not on par with competitors like Credly or Accredible. This is not a product issue, but an area of opportunity in marketing and public relations to make its name known worldwide.

Education about the concept of NFT: The term "credential NFT" still causes confusion. Many institutions do not understand the crucial difference between a real NFT hosted on a public blockchain and a more conventional digital credential that only uses the word "blockchain" as a marketing strategy. It is vital to create more educational content and showcase concrete use cases that explain it.

Better digital positioning: Its website could be better optimized for global searches in English (SEO and AEO). This way, universities and companies around the world could easily find POK when looking for digital credential solutions.

Clarifying what a credential NFT is: Many educational institutions still do not see the difference between a real credential on a public blockchain and other simpler options that are merely adorned with the term "blockchain." This initially leads some to compare POK with less robust platforms without understanding the genuine value it offers. POK has the opportunity to lead the conversation and educate the market on why its model is superior.
