PointClickCare helps interdisciplinary teams to better manage their workflow and clients, staying in line with HIPPA and regulatory compliance, and improves the quality of client care overall. The software helps to avoid missed communications between the team, reduce or eliminate gaps in missing documentation, reduces duplicate data entry, and improves care delivery. Reports are searchable and easy to read. The software is very easy to use and simple to integrate into the business. Customer service is also exceptional and easy to work with if the team needs assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform? Reports from PointClickCare are not easy to export to Microsoft Excel. There is also no feature to void certain data entry such as notes. Once entered, no changes can be made.
