You "point and click" after you have provided care. I use this platform from the Admin and Clinical side, so I am well-versed with all of its features. I have used PCC in different health care settings such as Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living. **What do you dislike about PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform?** I don't particularly appreciate how PCC does not integrate information seamlessly if you are trying to access information for patients who are in one setting, such as SNF but end up going to another environment such as Assisted Living. The Risk Management feature mainly focuses on resident falls instead of other changes of a condition such as changes in skin integrity. When reporting new skin issues on Risk Management, it will ask the same questions needed for fall reports, so it is quite inconvenient from that aspect. **What problems is PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can access resident information, history, and physical, immunizations, assessments, progress notes in an efficient manner. I have realized that there has been an increase in falls in one health care setting, which helped me identify the root cause analysis of why a specific resident kept falling. ### 5. Easy to use. It can be difficult at times to lose info if you accidentally get off of the screen. Very thorough. **What problems is PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Point of care ease. It's HPI section is nice and the review of systems thorough. The plan at the bottom is helpful. Ties together into a solid note. I've found that I can pull labs up at the point of care with ease ### 6. You cannot log out of one facility in point click care and log in to another. **What problems is PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can access multiple patient visits if they’ve been at your facility before and it saves their “history” for you. The software helps to avoid missed communications between the team, reduce or eliminate gaps in missing documentation, reduces duplicate data entry, and improves care delivery. Reports are searchable and easy to read. The software is very easy to use and simple to integrate into the business. Customer service is also exceptional and easy to work with if the team needs assistance. **What do you dislike about PointClickCare Skilled Nursing Platform?** Reports from PointClickCare are not easy to export to Microsoft Excel. There is also no feature to void certain data entry such as notes.
