It replaces spreadsheets and scattered tools with one centralized system that feels much simpler and more efficient to use. **What do you dislike about POINT?** It can take a bit of time to learn where everything is and to figure out how to set up events or manage volunteers efficiently. **What problems is POINT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Point is helping me recruit Before POINT, many volunteer programs rely on: Email threads Manual texting Spreadsheets These are inefficient and hard to keep organized. ### 2. The software will do everything you need, but it is the personal service you get with POINT that makes them stand out. Madison and Mina are top notch and I would use any software program they are supporting. **What do you dislike about POINT?** It complicated. Perhaps our system is complicated and their software and system are reflecting that. Need more usage to get used to everything. Am concerned about onboarding all our sites with POINT.
