"Payments, Reviews & Chat in One Place—But Messaging Limits Hold It Back"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Podium?

payments, reviews and chat in the same place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It’s missing group texting and emojis, and there’s also a limit on how long a text message can be. does not have a way to track payments per project, and does not have a customer portal where they can log in to make payments as they wish- very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Text-First Inbox, but Pricing and Flexibility Can Feel Limiting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Podium?

What I like best about Podium is how it streamlines customer communication into a single, easy-to-use system that actually matches how people behave today. By focusing on text-first interactions, Podium helps businesses get faster responses, collect more reviews, and accept payments with minimal friction, all from one inbox. It feels thoughtfully built for busy operators not just marketers so the value shows up quickly in real, day-to-day workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

What I dislike about Podium is that it can feel expensive and somewhat rigid as businesses grow or want more customization. Some features that seem basic are locked behind higher pricing tiers, and deeper workflow automation or reporting flexibility can be limited compared to more configurable platforms. For smaller teams, the interface can also feel a bit heavy for simple use cases, making it powerful but not always as lightweight or flexible as it could be. "Effortless Customer Communication with Podium"
5/5
What do you like best about Podium?

I really appreciate Podium's simple and fast customer communication system. The shared inbox is fantastic because everyone on the team can see and respond to customer messages from the same place. This feature means no messages are missed, no questions have to be answered repeatedly, and it's always clear who is responsible for which messages. Additionally, I find the quick reply feature really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I think Podium works very well, so no major improvements are needed. However, the experience could be even better if there are more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI, But Pricey for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Podium?

I use Podium to manage reviews of my mini project as a student. What I really like is its availability 24/7, which solves the time problem for me. The most powerful feature, in my opinion, is the Jerry AI. It's not just for chatting but is goal-oriented, which means it can book appointments and acts like a receptionist for small businesses. Also, the initial setup of Podium was easy, and I'd rate it a 9 on an easy-to-use scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It's expensive, which makes it harder for very small-sized businesses to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Customer Texting & Emailing With a Reliable Conversation Paper Trail"
4/5
What do you like best about Podium?

I like that we can text or email customers and have a paper trail of our conversations incase anything ever gets missed or forgotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I dislike that you have to pay if you want additional mass texts as sometimes it would be nice to send reminders to all customers but that gets costly if you do that every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Communication, Needs Pricing Flexibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Podium?

I use Podium for streamlining customer communication and enhancing management. It's excellent for managing reviews and payments all in one place. Podium makes it easy to communicate with customers via text, which feels more personal and efficient compared to traditional email. It makes interaction faster, more personal, and convenient. The initial setup of Podium was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Podium?

They can improve their pricing structure and integration limitations. The cost is high for smaller businesses, and more flexible pricing tiers or pay-as-you-go options would make it accessible to a wider range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
