I've been using Podcastle for several months now to edit and cleanup audio content while producing videos from my 3 x Youtube channels. It is beyond a doubt "best in class"! I won't publish any content until it's run through Podcastle. The quality of adjustments is great. The Auto Levelling frees me of concerns about consistent volume levels - and "Magic Dust AI" provides a comprehensive clean up! It's also straight forward and easy to use. It is super user-friendly and you can edit like a pro even if you have no prior experience (my case). Besides, customer support is very helpful and quick in replying and solving issues. Of course, there is always room for improvement and I'd like to see ways for a bit better organisation like folders for the audio files. I use Podcastle a lot and that is already needed. Podcastle was a great way to learn and get used to editing audio. I never did it before and it was super easy to invite guests and record. There was a little learning curve. I would not say I am a pro at all but it is straightforward and easy to understand interface. In a very short time I was able to learn how to upload our podcast recording, edit it by cutting out content we did not want to include and the tools to improve the quliaty of the audio are nothing short of amazing. It auto levels the differnt speakers, removes silnce gaps and even adds a little extra "magic" to improve the overall audio quality. The addition of music from their very large library for intro and outro music for use with our recorded voice intro makes for a professional shounding podcast. We have just released our first 2 episodes and the ease of setting up the connections to Spotify and Apple podcasts was simple with the Podcastle tutorials. Online chat is responsive and has walked me through a couple of the obstacles I was encountering. We are recording a publishings weekly podcasts and the ability to record in advance and publish on a specific date is a very helpful feature as well.
