For the technologically hopeless PodBean is easy to use and navigate. Staying current on trends and products is important in higher education. The backend interface makes this one of the easiest to use podcasting platforms out there. They also facilitate a lot of the ways to post so they make it easy to push your podcast to iTunes (No easy feat without help) and they also connect you to Spotify which is another difficult to navigate interface. There are some hidden features on the back end that should not be hidden- for instance there is a limitor on episodes that is auto enabled and that means if you post over that number of podcasts then the earlier episodes will be removed. This is NOT an easy setting to find so I had to reach out to support (who was helpful and very fast to respond!) but it seemed odd that it was so difficult to find.
