**What do you like best about Pod?**

I am very impatient when waiting for an order. I check my delivery tracker often, and Pod makes it easy to see the details fast on my order. It takes all the guesswork out of delivery.

**What do you dislike about Pod?**

The only improvement Pod needs is to make it a little easier to contact customer service. I had an issue with an order and it wasn't easy to get a hold of someone who could help me.

**What problems is Pod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pod allows me to see where my package is, share that information with friends/family and look back at all my order information, all in one place!
