What do you like best about Pocus?

I prefer having all my playbooks within Pocus, as it helps keep me organized and efficient, especially when managing sales and prioritizing low-hanging fruit. With Pocus plays, I can easily revisit deals directly from there, eliminating the need to manually sift through all the deals I've worked on in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

Recently, it's been a bit glitchy. Specifically, when I try to enroll a step into the next sequence, it often fails the first couple of times until I exit the play and go back in. It’s not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can see which leads are hot and worth my time. Additionally, I am a big fan of the AI insights for each company. What do you like best about Pocus?

I love that it has all the insights in one place. I can do account research, see contacts, usage, spend, and more all in one place. It's an amazing tool for outreach and easy to use. The fact that I can also sequence contacts directly from the platform or see their linkedin pages is also a huge game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

It would be awesome if there was a way to pull in contacts from other places, not just admin panel for colder outreach. I also wish there was a way to see more on the account level instead of playbooks only applying to contacts. This would help me be more strategic and help me keep track of which accts have already been touched. The last thing, would be to make sure that all the contacts are tied to my accounts- more than once I've sequenced someone from a pocus playbook that was not mine to contact. - Ease of use: easy to navigate and very short time needed to get started and to implement.

- Scalability: I can efficiently enroll multiple prospects at the same time

I’ve found Pocus to be really useful for bringing together data from different sources in one place. It saves me time by reducing the need to switch between platforms. The tool is also customizable to fit our needs, which makes it more flexible for our team.
