https://www.pocketpmo.co.uk/ is an AI-assisted delivery platform built for project managers who are tired of spending their evenings copy-pasting status updates across spreadsheets, slides and half a dozen SaaS tools. We combine portfolio planning, governance, RAID management and automated reporting in one place, with a small team of specialist AI agents that do the busywork for you. When you start a project, our AI team gets to work alongside you. Alex drafts tasks and chases actions. Morgan watches timelines and flags slips before they become surprises. Jordan tracks risks, issues and dependencies. Taylor turns scattered notes into board-ready status reports and steering slides. Everything they propose is shown to you for approval before it is applied, so you stay in control while the admin burden disappears. Pocket PMO is free to try, create your first project and invite your team without entering a card. When you need more projects, richer governance or client workspaces, paid plans unlock unlimited projects, branded reports and advanced AI features. We are particularly popular with fractional PMOs, independent consultants, small consultancies and in-house PMO leads who need enterprise-grade delivery discipline without the enterprise price tag or six-month implementation. Unlike traditional PPM tools, Pocket PMO does not force you to abandon your existing workflow. It gives you a clean, fast workspace where AI handles the repetitive parts and humans make the decisions. From one-click board packs to intelligent risk escalation, the platform is designed to reduce "admin tax" and give PMs more time to actually lead their projects. Pocket PMO is hosted securely in the UK, supports multilingual teams, and is built with privacy and approval-first AI governance at its core. Whether you are running one client project or a portfolio of ten, Pocket PMO helps you deliver with clarity, confidence and less late-night admin.
