Pocket PMO is a project forecasting tool. Give it a due date and a handful of tasks, and it computes the chance of hitting the promised date, a P80 finish you can stand behind, and the deciding tasks. Built on PERT analysis and browser-based Monte Carlo simulation, with earned value tracking and portfolio oversight. It doesn't replace your task manager or project plan, it tells you when the date you promised is in trouble.
